Arden Park

Arden Park is known as a very tight knit neighborhood with a real sense of community. There are many events that bring the community together, such as the annual 4th of July parade. There are few sidewalks and narrow streets, but the streets meander through the neighborhood so there is not much through traffic. If your family likes to stay active and socialize, Arden Park is a great neighborhood for you. Arden Park is a very desirable neighborhood, so prices tend to be higher than nearby neighborhoods like Wilhaggin, Del Dayo, and Garden of the Gods.
