John and Marcy Byers were great to work with! John understood what we were looking for and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process – via text, email, phone, whatever was necessary. He guided us through the process and explained things in plain terms which was super helpful. Marcy was   super organized when it came to all the paperwork and signatures needed to make everything happen.
